.xm import, FX data interpolation and redefinable keys

[Import .xm or .it]

Would like to see an option to import .xm or .it files. I’m not interested in the actual digital samples just getting the notes in.

[Effects data interpolation], for example

1 c4 v01
2 c4
3 c4
4 c4
5 c4 v05

if I highlight position 1 to 5 and press the “FX interpolation” key it will fill in the missing fx so it reads:

1 c4 v01
2 c4 v02
3 c4 v03
4 c4 v04
5 c4 v05

[Re definable keys.] For example pressing / and * for octave up / down is a lot quicker than shift + O etc. There’s many keys that I would change.

An import to XM/IT may be done, since you are not the first to ask for it. If you had to choose, which would you prefer?

As for interpolation, it is indeed an interesting feature. Noted.

As for the keys, you can already do it via the Setup/Keyboard menu. Some keys can not be reached though, but I’m afraid I can not change that, it’s related to the framework I use. Make a test and keep me posted!
