Input Volume Line Skip/Jump

Hello,

First, I’d like to say thanks for making such a cool tracker.

My question is why when I try to put in a volume effect does it jump to the next line?

For example, when I type “v” in the effect line it immediately jumps to the line below instead of staying on the line to finish the command I want. Am I doing something wrong?

It jumps to the next line because the “step” is 1 (use Ctrl +/- to change it). Instead of typing the effect manually, use the dropdown to choose an effect, and direclty type the value in the value column, the effect will be written directly.
