[Not a bug] Export WAV only Positive

When exporting to WAV only the postive is exported, not using the full 16 bit.

This is not a bug. Basically, this is done this way so that the 0 is 0, so no click is heard when a song is started. Centering “vertically” would induce possible clicks.
