The second release of Arkos Tracker has finally been released!

A lot of invisible work as been done (more test units, a better build system, switching to CLion for development), but also many features, including:

• Added the Generic player, with sound effects.
• Added a stand-alone sound effects player.
• Added a NOP-accurate AKY player (for Amstrad CPC).
• Many bugs and crashes corrected.
